Shipping Policy

General Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, however, the majority of shipments will be made using Purolator and depending on where you live, delivery times for ground service can be up to 5+ business days. We only ship within Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, no COD is accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Orders for outlying areas may be shipped via Canada Post to make delivery more economical and/or assessed a surcharge after the order has been placed. You will be contacted if a surcharge is required for your order due to shipping. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM excluding statutory holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Orders can only be modified or canceled up until their status becomes “Shipped”. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to exchange or cancel your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is accurate, and to use the tracking number provided to claim your shipment.


BICYCLE "Minelli Click and Ride" Policy

Bicycle(s) are available online for Pick-Up at an Authorized Minelli Dealer only. There is no direct to consumer option available. You will have the option to choose the Pick-Up location from participating Minelli Authorized Dealers in your area. Minelli will notify you via email when the bicycle is available for pick-up at the Authorized Minelli Dealer.


You agree to pick-up the bicycle at the Authorized Minelli Dealer within 7 calendar days following receipt of the email notice. If you are unable to pick-up the bicycle purchased within 7 calendar days, you will need to contact the chosen Authorized Minelli Dealer using the details in the Order Confirmation. At the time of bicycle pick-up, you agree to present to the Authorized Minelli Dealer, the Order Confirmation and a piece of government-issued identification (such as a valid driver’s license or passport).

BICYCLE Cancellation Policy


Bicycle(s) may be cancelled if they have not been picked up from the chosen retailer. Minelli Canada will refund the full value of the bicycle minus any potential restocking/processing fees.


BICYCLE Return Policy


Bicycle(s) may be returned to the Retailer at which the bike was picked up from for a refund from Minelli Bicycle Canada. The Bicycle must be in NEW condition and that condition is at the sole discretion of the retailer to determine. Bicycle(s) that show sign(s) of being ridden, including, but not limited to, dirty tires or grips, worn brake pads, scuffed crankarms may not be returned. The item must be in its original packaging.


For all accepted returns Minelli Canada will refund the full value of the bicycle purchase minus a 2% processing fee and any potential restocking fees.


Your refund will be processed by Minelli Bicycle Canada within 72 hours of approval. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days before a credit is posted to your account. Please note: the Authorized Minelli Dealer cannot process the refund directly, it must be processed by Minelli Bicycle Canada via the same online method as purchased.

Important: Please make note of the model name and serial number of your Minelli bicycle.

Position of the frame serial number

You will find the frame number of your Minelli bicycle on the seat tube, under the top tube, near the bottom bracket shell (crankset housing), on the underside of the bottom bracket shell or on the left rear dropout (rear hub).

In case of difficulties, check with your Authorized Minelli Dealer to determine the location of the serial number on your bicycle. Keep your proof of purchase for reference; this record will also help you with any police investigation or insurance claim.


This warranty applies only to bicycles and framesets purchased new from an Authorized Minelli Dealer and assembled by that dealer at the time of purchase.


Minelli warrants for the original owner under limited conditions that the frame, rigid fork, original component parts, including E-bikes and Minelli brand framesets to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the below specified periods. This warranty applies only to bicycles, framesets originally purchased new from, and assembled by, an Authorized Minelli Dealer or Minelli Bicycle Co., Ltd.'s online webstores.


Also known as 3rd-party component, including suspension forks, rear shock, and groupset, shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer.



Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Minelli. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. In no event shall Minelli be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.



The above warranty, or any implied warranty, does not cover:

Normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, chains, brakes, cables and gearwheels in situations where there are no assembly or material defects.

Bicycles serviced by other than an Authorized Minelli Dealer.

Improper maintenance, assembly or installation.


Modifications from the original condition.

Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competition, and / or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.

Damage caused by failing to follow the owner’s manual.

Damage or failure due to accident, neglect, abuse or abnormal and excessive misuse.

Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.

Paint finish and decal damage resulting from taking part in competitions, jumping, downhill and/or training for such activities or events, or as a result of exposing the bike to, or riding the bike in, severe conditions or climates.

Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

Except as is provided by this warranty and subject to all additional warranties, Minelli and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including incidental and consequential loss or damage caused by negligence or default) arising from or concerning any Minelli product.

This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user” herein) and Minelli Bicycles ("Minelli" and sometimes also referred to as “us,” “we” or “our” herein) regarding your access to and use of Minelli’s website and all content, information, products, and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website").


Each time you use the Website, you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent, to be bound by this Agreement as it then reads, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement, or you are not authorized to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of the person you purport to represent, you may not access or use the Website.


Permission to Use Website


You may use the Website to purchase products only if you are a resident of Canada, have reached the age of majority where you live, and you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Website is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws. Minelli reserves the right to request proof of identification and age.


Changes to this Agreement


Minelli may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement from time to time as it relates to future use of the Website, by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. You may not change this Agreement in any manner.


Out of Stock/Backorder


Under rare circumstances, an item may become out of stock before we can ship out the order. We will always contact you prior to shipment if this happens, and we will try our best to remedy the situation. However, due to limitations, we cannot accept backorders. If you wish to substitute an item, you will need to contact us to arrange for a substitute or to cancel your order outright.


Payment Methods

Minelli Bicycles accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard. The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution and then place the order again when the problem is resolved.


Currency and Sales Tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location.


Limits of Responsibility


We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product.


Price and/or Description Changes


All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors.


Errors on Our Website


Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Minelli Bicycles reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.


If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, Minelli Bicycles will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
